Recent News
Last month, we broke ground on our latest development in East Quogue, Long Island, NY. This project will require us to navigate the logistical challenges of redevelopment on an occupied residential property, spearheading coordination and design of utility upgrades, along with mitigating disruptions to the Long Island Railroad that cuts through the property. The development will consist of 21 Mobile Homes partially funded by NY State Septic System Replacement Fund Program.
In April, we hosted a lunch to celebrate the topping off milestone on the Bronson Road Apartments. Together with Garden Homes Management and Haynes Construction, we took the opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to our hardworking project team and trade partners. They are an essential part of the success of this project.
