J Forrest Development celebrated The Oliver’s milestone with a Top Off Ceremony

On Tuesday, Sept. 7th, J Forrest Development celebrated the groundbreaking of The Oliver in Charlotte, NC.

The Oliver, a 222-unit, midrise multifamily community currently under construction and located at 3020 Gloryland Avenue in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Property will consist of three, four – and five – story buildings, 260 surface parked parking spaces and an impressive assortment of community amenities, including a saltwater pool, gated pet park, fitness center and a clubhouse.

It is located directly adjacent to the Tom Hunter Station on the LYNX Blue Line and is less than one quarter-mile from the I-85 connector, both of which provide convenient access to Uptown Charlotte and University City.
