MEET THE FOUNDER
Jonathan F. Cohen
Jonathan, owner of J Forrest Development & JFC Real Estate Development, brings 20 years of construction and development expertise to his projects. Jonathan has built his team's livelihoods on developing a better community.
As a builder Jonathan has overseen over 600 Million dollars of construction including, residential, commercial, retail, hotel, education, healthcare and multifamily projects.
Jonathan earned his bachelor's in civil engineering from Tufts University and his master;s in real estate from Cornell University. Jonathan spend the next 5 years working for two highly regarded Connecticut-Based Developers, RMS Companies and Spinnaker Real Estate Partners. As a team member, he was able to participate in, construct, manage, lease, market or sell over hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate before forming J Forrest Development.
