We are pleased to announce we have broke ground on our latest development in East Quogue, Long Island, NY. This project requires us to navigate the logistical challenges of redevelopment on an occupied residential property while being instrumental in coordination and design of utility upgrades along with mitigating disruptions to the Long Island Railroad that cuts through the property. The development will consist of 21 Mobile Homes partially funded by New York State Septic System Replacement Fund Program.
In April, we hosted a lunch to celebrate the topping off milestone on the Bronson Road Apartments. Together with Garden Homes Management and Haynes Construction, we took the opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to our hardworking project team and trade partners. They are an essential part of the success of this project.
